According to Article 25 of the Islamic Penal Code, a definitive criminal conviction for intentional crimes, after the execution of the sentence or including the passage of time, during the period stipulated in this article, deprives the convicted person of social rights as a secondary punishment:
A- Seven years of life imprisonment and life imprisonment from the date of suspension of the execution of the original sentence.
B- Three years in the sentence of amputation, retribution of the limb if the ransom of the crime committed is more than half of the ransom of the victim, negation of knowledge and imprisonment up to the fourth degree.
C- Two years in the punishment of whipping, retribution of the member if the ransom of the crime committed is half of the ransom paid against him or less, and imprisonment of the fifth degree.

A- Volunteering in presidential elections, Assembly of Leadership Experts, Assembly of Islamic Councils and Islamic councils of cities and villages
B- Membership in the Guardian Council, Expediency Council, or the government board and serving as the vice president
C- Headship of the Judiciary, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Supreme Court and the Administrative Court of Justice
D- To be elected or to be a member of associations, councils, parties and communities by law or by people’s vote
D- Membership in juries and trustees and dispute resolution councils
C- Working as a responsible manager or editor of mass media
C- Employment or employment in all government institutions, including the three forces and their affiliated organizations and companies, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, the armed forces and other institutions under the supervision of the leadership, municipalities and public service institutions. and devices that require specifying or mentioning the name to include the law on them
H- Working as a lawyer and holding notarial and marriage and divorce offices and office assistants
K- To be elected to the position of guardian, trustee, trustee, supervisor or manager of public endowments
D. Being elected to the position of referee or expert in official authorities
Z- Use of government emblems and honorary titles
R- Establishment, administration or membership in the board of directors of public, cooperative and private companies or commercial registration or educational, research, cultural and scientific institutions
According to Note 2 of Article 26 of the Criminal Code, whoever is deprived of social rights as a secondary punishment, after the expiration of the period stipulated in Article (25) of this law, his dignity will be restored and the consequences of his conviction will disappear, except in the case of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this article, which will be permanently deprived of said rights.
